Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • If you would like to submit a research contribution, please use the online submission tool.
    For submissions in all other sections, please contact: friederike.kern[at]uni-bielefeld.de.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The file is available in Microsoft Word format and as a PDF document.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Where possible, URLs and DOIs have been included in the references.

Author Guidelines

The contribution should be formatted according to the journal's stylesheet,  following APA 7 guidelines for citation style.
